Charis Property Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us — name, email address, WhatsApp number, nationality, budget, property preferences, timeline, and anything you include in a message.
- Booking details if you schedule a consultation through our booking provider.
- Newsletter email address if you subscribe.
- Usage data — standard analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This is aggregated and not used to identify you.
Why we collect it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, provide property advisory services, arrange viewings and consultations, and — if you opt in — send you our newsletter. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Where it lives
Enquiry data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers and retained only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law. Messages you send via WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Third parties
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate this website and our services (hosting, database, scheduling, email delivery, analytics), and with Kommons Realty Sdn Bhd where required to progress a property transaction. Each provider processes data under its own safeguards.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to further processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at julien.tham@kommonsrealty.com.
