About Charis
Charis Property Solutions is a mother-and-son property advisory in Kuala Lumpur. Between us, our family has lived in South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States — and home, Malaysia.
That journey is the reason this advisory exists. We know what it's like to choose a school district from 10,000 km away, to guess at neighbourhoods from photos, to sign documents in an unfamiliar system. So we work the way we wished someone had worked with us: educate first, sell second, and tell you the trade-offs before you commit. Charis (χάρις) is Greek for grace — the standard we hold ourselves to in every engagement.
